Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Plans
MarketNova offers subscription plans billed on a recurring monthly basis. The current plan and pricing are displayed on our Pricing page. All prices are in USD.
2. Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis from the date of activation. Payment is processed automatically through Stripe using your selected payment method.
3. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and you will be billed.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Account settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
5. Refunds
All subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support.
6. Price Changes
We may change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect. You may cancel before the change takes effect to avoid the new price.
7. Access & Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions.
